if you are getting a bad vib...then you might have a bent motor shaft...or you might be swinging to big a prop...i tryed a 42 60 500 kv motor on 5s...with a 15 x 7 prop the foam could not handle it, to much tork...this plane flys best on 4s and a power 32 (770kv) with a 14x7 prop

yes sure did..i put a couple of self threded screws in it...and then forced a wood dowel in from one side to the other

Very nice video and beautiful nature. I used to fly Mentor with floats as well but I don't have such a nice lake.
Though flying with floats is very interesting and nice, especially smooth landings like that one in the end of the video.

I think I will get me one with floats, have water, but soon snow. Should work well on snow this winter.
