I miss ER so bad :( and actually, this tv show is one of the many reasons why I decided to chose the side of the medicine, I mean, it made me realize what I really want to be, and i'm really satisfied with my decision.

OMG ER WAS THE BEST SHOW EVER!!! I grew up with it and will always remember it. I liked how it ended. Just another day at the er. Perfect. I remember when I first watched the finale, it seemed like forever while they were waiting for the ambulences. lol. And I love how Carter calls Rachael Dr. Greene. He was one of the best characters on er, and its good they sorta put him in there in some way.

I've never watched this show in my life! I just watched the last episode because I knew Alexis Bledel was going to guest star on it and I basically worship her, and Gilmore girls, and Lauren Graham!!!!!!! =) Alexis was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! =) =)

I've watched this since I was like, two. I remember watching Dr. Greene, he's always been my favorite for some season along with Luka and Samantha. <3 I love this show!

they should of put everyone from the 15 year cast in it

Well they did have pretty much everyone show up periodically throughout this season...Ross, Greene, Romano, Morganstern, Weaver, Corday, Carter, Hathaway, Benton, Lewis...EVERYONE did get their goodbyes. And the important thing is that they all returned in an organic fashion that made sense...as opposed to jamming everyone into one final episode. The way they ended up doing it makes a lot more sense.

i unfortunately didn't get into this show until it was into its final episodes, but i'm going back and watching all i can now. this was a great show (almost as old as i am, which for any tv show says a lot) and i'm sure it'll be a show that will stand the test of time for years to come as a classic.
