I am not a fan of Iris DeMent, I think her songs are well written, I just find her voice way to Twanky and mountain like, I would prefer to hear you do her song in a nice peaceful easy tone, you turned this song into one I will gladly listen to as sung by you.
thanks, kidder, this song was tougher then i thought. i wanted to do it faster but i know iris does it slow. also alot words in short breathes. so i tried to slow myself down,

You do with this song what I think others should do, and that is to not rush the song, fingerpick it, and sing it with soul.
