  • @togimogi So all you can say is that Pasta has been around for more or less forever in some form all over the planet. Considering the myth they are killing is the one that Italians didn't eat pasta until Marco Polo visited China, i don't see what the problem is.

  • I prefer Asian pastas which actually use different forms of flour than Italian pastas which all pretty much use the same dough. Soba is definitely my favorite.

  • humm nice but out here to make pasta we really just use 00 flour and 3 to 4 eggs until you have a good dough. also did you know that farfalle in italian actually means butterfly. XD and my family always just called it bow tie pasta. oh well.
