would you recommend buying a shallow one or a mid-depth? I want to use it also unplugged. i heard that the shallow-bowl unplugged sound isn't great. but i like a smaller body size and my voice pretty calm, so maybe the shallow would alright...

i also noticed that the guitare sound in your video is great though unplugged.

Hi Minsohne, Mine is an ultra-thin & I believe that is the shallowest. I really enjoy it's sound but some people I know don't like it too much. Personally, I think a great piece of spruce for the soundboard is more important. Mine was made in 1989 and has been played a lot. That really helps, ~Cheers, Mary
