Stephan has a good fashion sense, hair style and personality. If you want to seduce a girl, you need those three things, or you need to drug her. I personally have an expensive taste for clothes, a decent hair cut, and i'm easy to talk to. That makes things a whole lot easier. Stephan is right about this, all you need to do is be enthusiastic whilst speaking to a girl and the rest should come naturally.

I tried this technique when a girl spoke to me. I started describing the emotions i felt, identifying what the opposite of the emotion was then accessed to people around me in order to protect this new emotion onto them....after all that i realised i hadnt listened to a fucking thing the girl had asked me and was left standing there like an utter idiot hahaha

@emohatred It depends on the comfort level. I've always been more introverted myself, although I can talk to anyone. But when it's a pretty woman, it's hard sometimes. You know she gets hit on a lot and that can make you re-think things over. Too many people just freak out and can't get over their nerves, sometimes it's REALLY BAD. lol

This is lame, what you need to do that Martin Gilmartin stated in a book from 1987 and is true is to go on pratice dates with a woman who is confident and direct, and spend time with her talking about personal stuff and do it on a daily or some days a week basis. Preferably you should be meeting different women and go on dates. nothing you read, watch or do on you own will get you less nervous with women.

Let's see if I understand. You need to concentrate on making others feel good in order to make yourself feel good. But first you need to get in touch with that good feeling yourself before you can make others feel good. If this is what you meant then you are going in circles.
