  • Hi, how much did u pay for it?

  • I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee.

  • Good thinking with the knee armour, you might live to adventure another day.

  • @HipsterMiner and not be stuck with gaurd duty.

  • I only see one major flaw in the design.

While the rose on the cuirass is very impressive, the cuirass itself looks very bad, it looks very very simple and not very good IMHO.

It should have a bit of a bevel, or something that makes it appear like something shaped like cardboard.

Rest of the armour is sweet. I envy your gauntlets and the evil overlord design with the sharp edges look very cool.

  • Nice armour, a bit baggy but I like the pattern...

Might I suggest maybe using some chainmaille between the individual pieces?

  • ...why

  • Seems like you went all out with the gauntlets. By the time you reached the top and chest piece you were like "fuck it"

  • "Daddy..can I got to college?" No, sweety. Daddy needs to buy some armor because mommy makes him feel like a girl. Luv you though!!!!

  • Im bloody jealous of your gauntlets man, that extra protection at the thumbs is needed. I had a piece of rattan slip under the steel to my thumb once, ripped the nail right off. Thing was sensitive as hell for a long time. Whats the armor for? Melee or Jousting?

  • Is it made from copper?. Looks awesome btw. I am busy buying one myself part by part.

  • awesome!

  • that opening at the crotch area would make me nervous

  • imagine... all this because he likes to hear noises when he walks

  • That's the Tyrell sigil on his chestplate

  • Perfect, thanks for this. I was looking for some reference metal on the sound armour made with various movements and you covered the whole body pretty much. Cheers.

  • You should put some padded fittings to reduce noise

  • awesome... just absolutely awesome!

  • i really love the arm parts, hope i get some one day

  • I see a problem with the design at the hip. Otherwise pretty cool.

  • now i now why the tin man had no brain: the clanking must have drove him nuts

  • can it with stand and arrow to the knee?

  • I like it, the breast plate needs some curvature though. Did you repousse the rose yourself?

  • Not bad. Not bad at all.

  • I really wish I could afford to buy something like this.

  • great job man! how did you layer your paints - with which colors? Gauntlets look especially excellent and functional with full ergonomic movement. Well done!

  • might work with a zombie appocalipse (idk how to spell) but you would have to know how to fight since you cant run very fast

  • @reptiledude24 nop, he can run, becouse he is the tanK of the Party zombie Killer :P

  • @edoseyren i hope he can run because every plate is something for zombies to grab'

  • @elgostine xD aye xD

  • Did ur mom make that for you?

  • this needs to be a little more stealth i think

  • Ooooh that's awesome! I love the details. (Also, apparently youtube is full of idiots so dont even pay attention to all the negative comments)

  • Too bad this armor went out of date when the first bullet was fired.

  • @Ranger9295 when zombies will invade the earth his armor will be no more out of date

  • Im really not trying to be mean but you had better not fall in a puddle lol, Otherwise than simple medieval dangers nice job!

  • i can see y sneaking in medieval times wud be so hard

  • - Nice suit dude. Do you also attend conventions? Btw sweet rose on the front. Its a nice touch. Was that added after the body was finished or what?

  • did you make this yourself?

  • nice where did you get it and for how much, should you not ware a mail shirt under the plates?

  • This is awesome! I want one.

  • is this in 18 gauge steel ?or 16?

  • umm imagine if you went to fight like that someone could shoot you in your ass ( yeah i know there are not going to be any need for him to go to fight in this period of time , and yes i know that you would wear chainmaile under the armor)

  • hahaha, nice

  • Dam, i could go for just the gauntlets. But the entire suit is awesome.

  • how the hell do you move in that

  • 70 pounds, that's about 32 kilos, sounds reasonable for a "tin business suit". Climbing the corporal ladder, Medieval Style. XD

  • @ducttapetoachair did you just cough up a cock careful there buddy

  • Armor is cool but you can even straighten your arms out. So I give you a 3-10. Still cool though.

  • and you need to go pee? or take a doo doo?

  • @PwnageMcWhoopPants I'm married with 2 kids but nice try - this armor cost more than your moms fake tits

  • @mwtrag

those are bluebirds and they're real... Oh wait, I get it!

  • @mwtrag WINNN!!!!!!!!!! MAN YOUR SO COOL! i wanna make armor like this and then get to tell of pricks like that guy! :P make a wicked fire breathing helm! then go burn his shit up!

  • @mwtrag And you're bragging about wasting money on an armor you'll never use, nice role model for your kids LOL.

  • @MishowMashakil You are truly a dumb fuck, aye kiddo? Countless people collect stuff like this - Armour, swords, etc. Its called having a hobby. I will never use the coins in my coin collection... does that make be a bad role model too?

It is close minded arrogant people like you are the ones who are no-life virgin losers wasting time commenting on you tube.

Do not bother to reply, I am blocking you.

Do the world a favor and off yourself.

  • @Tebok73509 You need some serious help , really. Did I struck a nerve there? People made fun of you because you collected useless armor and go to nerd conventions? lawl you're pathetic, I could eat cereal letters and shit a better insult than yours.

    Go fuck yourself.

  • @mwtrag armor vs fake tits... i cant decide

  • @mwtrag your wife let you buy/keep that thing? lucky bastard.

  • @AstatineMime what does that mean exactly

  • i love the platebody and shoulders

  • I love the gauntlets!

  • that looks really hard to move in

  • Also for those wondering. A well made suit normally weighs about fifty to sixty pounds at most

  • I agree with some earlier posts, if you had some lames attached then your tassels you'd have better movement because they wouldn't catch as easy on your upper leg armor (can't remember term right now). Also if you got some leather attached to the back it would make it quieter

  • why the hell did you put a rose on the front ???

  • Imagine a bunch of people in that army. Headaches.. Am i right?

  • NIce like everything eccept the chest and pants you should have done a more broader and seperated the chest pice into more parts and a tip to your pants make it more like a samurai if you take a look at a traditional pants part on google you see what i meant ANYWAY GREAT JOBB MAN!!!! =D

  • SHOW OFF !!!!!!!!!! XD

  • Man that looks heavy

  • It looks incredibly uncomfortable.

  • the flower on it is kinda queer, but it looks cool other then that

  • is it hard to move with those armors??

  • Lol i wish i had that armor , or atleast the gauntlets to punch somebody lol xD

  • that would be a nasty punch hahaha how heavy is the amor??

  • @iHasAbucket0246 armor

  • I think it's very nice overall, except that the breastplate and backplate are very flat surfaced and not very rounded. In my opinion that fault makes it look less attractive and also would make it less effective at deflecting blows. It would also look more authentic to me if there were a couple of faulds between the breastplate and the tassets. On a positive note, I love the way the vambraces, gauntlets, and knee cops articulate. Armor nerds represent!

  • @deathbyazure Oh, I almost forgot. It looks like you forgot the cannons of your vambrace, dude! You need some hinged upper canons to protect the inside of your arm beneath the spaulders, and some around your forearms to protect you between the elbow cop and the gauntlet.

  • Comment removed

  • nothing like watching a grown man flex in a suit of armor yay this is the life! lol

  • I own a staplegun that cud pierce that imagine what my glock would do

  • @xXKameroniXx a glock perhaps, but not a staple gun. That isn't aluminum foil, it's plate metal. These suits were made to withstand sword blows.

  • one kick in da nuts would make u fall :P

  • Nice work

  • you need full body chainmail under it then a helmet and then your invincible, unless the zombies have a gun

  • The gauntlets remind me a lot of the Witch Kings- from Lord of The Rings

  • It's weird, back then only noble rich knights had armor, and he is just showing it off in his house

  • how much spare money do you have??

  • one day your balls will get stabbed wearing that

  • Thumbs up if you're from Castle Wars.

    Aka Omustardo.

  • all i need is a can opener

  • can you do moon walk

  • Go jogging each day with that thing. (while sounding like a carwreck in progress)

  • Aim for the butt.

    hehe :D

  • Which is the cost of this?

  • klank klank klank.... WATCH OUT IT'S THE IRON MAN

  • shit, gordon freeman has a suit of armor. we're fucked.

  • *clink* * clang* *clink* * clang* "quiet! I am trying to sneak up on em!" *clink* * clang* *clink* * clang*

  • Now your ready for the apocalypse!

  • Do you have mobility with that thing? Or you can't move well just cuz' its so heavy and you're not that strong?

  • -.-

  • a flower on on the chest -.-'

  • how long did that take you to make that?

  • @Rekrad626 someone i know knows someone who made it in scotland with traditional blacksmith methods

  • @mwtrag how heavy is it?

  • @mwtrag I should certainly hope they didn't make this with traditional "blacksmith" methods, because armoring is a very different skill from blacksmithing. Also, this doesn't look like a very traditional suit of armor to me. It looks like fantasy armor. Did your friend of a friend set this all up, because usually when you buy armor you want to really know the person or company you're buying it from, since its such a large investment and you want some assurance of quality and proper fit.

  • looks like you just walked off the set to army of darkness :) nice

  • @Pierrestrata yea i can wear this with my zombie mask and sleeves or i was thinking about doing up a planet of the apes costume like tim roth but i can't find a good enough mask (the suit is no problem just a gorilla suit under the armor

  • Nice!

  • Not my usual interest, but not bad. Now all you need is some fitting garments to go with the armour. I know that vintage clothing can be hard to get a hold of unless you work in the film or theatre industry, but some old-fashioned cloth-like trousers with no pockets and a vintage shirt would be really fetching and complete the look.

  • @hauntedskin yea i'm probably going to fit it on a mannequin. maybe a chain mail vest to go under it too

  • @mwtrag considering how open to attack your armpits are I highly reccomend a chainmail vest. Also, chain leggings would look badass with that.

  • @Akazaji i got a chainmail vest - yea i need leggings too but it's already like 100 pounds with the vest

  • rad !
