For anyone watching these videos I am going to fill you in on my personal experience with Jeff Long. I have been an avid member of LA Fitness in MtLaw. NJ.

I was shocked when I initially met Jeff he was a monster. Jeff was a monster in both size and as a person. I had never purchased any type of steroid from Jeff however I have had friends receive products from Jeff. Kids that worked out at the NJ location. Let me add that these "kids" were sixteen.
