Hey everybody! This song is called "Under the Sun" by Bowery Electric. Just pick the first one on the page when you search on Youtube for it, and heads up: the quality is very poor so you'll have to crank the volume. Sorry bout that. The music is still unreleased.
Angels are traditionally described as an unseen order of beings that constantly "watch" humans, can cause "miracles" on the earth (usually preceded by an anomalous light/object in the sky), and occasionally take human guise...and said to be monstrously alien when undisguised. In folklore, those who met angels describe an initial feeling of overwhelming existential terror in its presence. Those who make contact with them are sometimes left with a mark, and even temporary blindness.
@stojanovich I'm searching for this music too! I fucking love it. But it's not on the soundtrack... :/ It was made just for the movie but not released...
@docmass15 what HE meant by "she knew" is more than likely that she knew she was going to die, and with the mentioning of her drawing "angels", perhaps he assumed she was imagining angels that are in heaven (afterlife)
@docmass15 well i'm assuming "she knew" refers to the fact that the doctor thought she knew she was going to die, because he misinterpreted her mothman drawings as angel drawings
@mothahen123 I'm pretty sure the guy thought she knew she was going to heaven or something because she was drawing "angels". I suppose you can interpret that as knowing she would die, but I don't think that's the intent of the dude's comment since "going to heaven" is considerably more comforting/inspiring to the general public than "going to die"
Then Richard Gere pulls a fast on that guy because he's actually Buddhist.
@WeHaveToGoBack0189 Hey man thanks for this video. I loved this scene and the creepy music also. Is it possible to reupload this video? It has some video artifacts. Thanks.

He acts shocked that the nurse is gone, but what, is the nurse supposed to stand around for 3 minutes watching him look at his wife's book?

@docmass15 That's certainly a theory, but this film is so underrated that there's not really anyone discussing it.

@docmass15 Like another poster said, I think "she knew" was referring to her knowing she was going to die soon.
Also, I'd be horrified if someone I loved drew "angels" like that before they died. =(
