ok this game has peaked my intrest but im afraid to play it LOL! i just got thru playing bioshock 2 wich supisingly didnt scare me one bit (Tho i LOVED every second of gameplay the story was so captivateing) and i wanna know....how much sacryer is this like on 1- 10 how scary is it trully or is it just gorry.

lol you don't it's just an effect i use on the program i made this video with. this video was originally something that i was playing around with learning how to use sony vegas.

but that would be mint if you could go back in time. but my apologies if that pissis you off.

yea it does actually. It pisses me off the fact that you can slow down time in the game but cant rewind it. Im sure that pisses off some other people here. But it was pretty cool how you did it. I so wish they had that feature in the game.

have an geforce 6600gt and only 1 gig ram and i can play on medium (some even maxium) setting but only on 1024*768 .. but looks good and runs smooth (lowest 29 fps) so i think u can play on max. details

Damn, I think something is wrong with my game, not my comp. I have a GeForce 8600GTS 512mb, 4 GB of DDR2 ram, my pc runs at 3.6 gh and my motherboard is a P5B-VM (intel core 2 duo). The thing is, it runs FEAR slowly on like medium settings. I can run UT3 demo on highest and like STALKER on high, but FEAR is being ga (its a russian version)

Cheack you pc usage in the task manager. maybe some auto run program such as virus scanner or something runs often. they take up pack of space. that or you should do a virus scan if it isint.

i think it may be that u have too much RAM and the game crashes, in your case it slows down because u have a high pc, but that cant be bc u run stalker good so maybe its the disk

well i did some reserch for you and from what i could find out is that your graphics card is quite old and fear is a demanding game when it comes to the hole graphics thing. So it seems like that you also might have to do some upgradeing.

And to update your graphics card drivers all you have to do is go to the official web sit to your graphics card and see if you can find them there, or just google serch for the latest drivers for your card that way.

The minimum system requirements you will need are pentium4 1.7 GHz or equivalent processor, 512 MB of RAM or more, 64 MB Geforce 4 Ti or Radeon 9000 video card.

it's just that Halo is an earler game then fear, so i think that you might have to do a bit of upgrading ay.

halo and CS are not in the level of f.e.a.r (if its halo 1). u should get at least 1gb RAM and 512 mb graphic card (i have Radeon x1300)

Hey yeah i got a new pc coming soon (off ebay new custom). and its a AMD 64 Fx 4200 Dual core, 4.2 ghz Effective. 2Gigs of ram and a XFX 8600 gt, Will it be able to play fear on high? iv hadd a crappy computer for forever and i was hoping this new one would be able play something new on high.
