his coaching works. he dosent yell at all the players, just the ones that arent too keen on listening, like myself. his coaching got me better. on the local scene his teams got first and second whenever they entered. and we got 1st last 2 cfp events.
when he yells at the players they know that they did something wrong and in the end the players are actually learning something from the situation. and running that lap disciplens you so for next time when your in that prediciment you will make the right choice. and in case you wanted to know this is a semi professional team retard. most of the players on the team have a main goal of becoming a professional player and u cant get better without a coach like ken. if u cant take a little criticism
