I find it totally amazing that my best friend, Realtor X, has worked with her clients FOR MONTHS & then she shows her clients Waterford at RiataRanch and after they sign their contract she is told WE DO NOT PAY REALTORS OR LOCATORS! Apparently because they are at "a full capacity" they said, "We have no need to pay for referrals". May this amazing recession continue to fill your pockets,because once it's over & our clients can get into homes we will make sure to harvest from your location first!
