Listen boat, if we hypothetic said it was a surveillance kamera maybe the parking lot is for 10-20 cars and given the quality of the video, the resolution is high which gives a lot of data, bad for download speed. Therefor it has been cut and reduced, eventhough all this is irrelevant since it is from a comedyseries and isn't real.
