Its on a cliff, beach house is defined more as by the beach, a REAL beach, a PUBLIC beach not an isolated area of sand. nice house though, would look 10x better by a real beach.

its much more realistic its just kinda random you need to go to the bathroom 3-4 times a day shower like 1-2 unless you work out etc the expansions are really good esp late night which allows you to be vampires

and the best part is it has really low graphics so most systems can run it but it still looks amazingly good graphicly
