No! I have just watched your engine and i think it runs just as well!! I think my engine sounds like it is going slower than it is. I suppose it is going about 2000 rpm, these are only slow running engines anyway, max power is at about 2000/2500 rpm, one third of a horsepower!!
Yes, I think you're probably right, the lower exhaust note makes it sound slower. Don't suppose you have any idea what model my engine is? I really know next to nothing about it! What would be the ideal fuel mix, horsepower, etc?
Hi Paul, It does sound like it is running a little unevenly on this video, but i think most of this is because the engine is bouncing about on the ground. This is the same engine as in my other video "jap engine with base i made" and there it does run more smoothly. I think it is mainly just because it is a two stroke running with no load, but it might be running a little rich too. Thanks for the comment!!!
impressive low revving for a 2 stroke, my jap (see my videos) would stall if i tried to run it that slow!

it is look like it gain the RPM while it is start becuase petrol intake start to pumped
