@chanfolio Check out my newest videos to see the changes. Yea you got to take the body off to gas it up and start it, but thats a small price to pay to drive the car for 30 to 40 minutes. It really only takes about a minute to put the body back on. The new Ratrod kit will be for sale on DDM in about a week. I just shipped a order to DDM today. I also have the Ratrod 2 and Muscle car body already for sale on the site.

@999benhonda On this car I made the motor. Each piece, the block, valve covers blower, scoop, are made from wood molds. The pipes are rubber hoses with wire inside and the tips are pvc pipe. Im now using the Liberty Classic V/8s. They are highly detailed and look real.

the real engine is in the back. Its a 26cc ported Zenoah engine. the front v/8 is just to make the car look cool

My Ratrod kit comes as a clear lexan body. The people that buy it can paint it however they want to get a hotrod or ratrod look. Its up to them. There is no set look for a ratrod. Everyone who makes one has their own style. People must like it. My other Ratrod vid is the 13th highest rated Ratrod video on You tube In the Ratrod catagory. And its a 1/5 scale rc car

I made a vacuum form machine from watching you tube vids on the subject. I make molds of each peice out of wood then place them on the vacuum box. I then heat the lexan up in a oven, then turn on the vacuums and push the lexan over the mold and it vacuums to the shape of the mold. Then take it off, trim the body and sell it.
