The posting top roll is a good technique, but has a major flaw, gets you extremly vurnable to back pressure.Guys who armwrestle should know.

@mojomatt176 Yes, but i am reffering to a different kind of back preassure.The move is similar to a neutral grip pull up, you just keep your fingers hard and pull with your back so you can counter the posting toproll.

Besides John, who is in my opinion the best ever, Cobra Rhodes is really good at this technique. He almost has his own style of the top roll. I love this move vs. a bigger guy or someone who has a mean hook when they sink it in. Gotta be quick off the Go as well. Great Videos. Hammer Curls and Grip training will help with this technique for sure.
