Okay... I'm finnish and I haven't heard this Ariel voice O.O sounds horrible XD gosh I'm so shamed. Nina Tapio sound so much better!

Yay! Someone else who like the Brazilian '89 dub!

I'll admit it, I used to hate the Finnish '89 version, but after listening to it several times, I've actually grown to appreciate it. I don't normally watch it with the video, 'cause it's weird for me to hear an operatic voice coming out of Ariel - but I love listening to the soundtrack version on my ipod. So yeah, even though I think her voice is too old for Ariel, the emotion in her voice totally makes up for it and her voice is beautiful. :D

I have special relationship with The Little Mermaid, it was my first VHS ever! I think I was like 2-years old?.. I speak now finnish -89 version.. AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT<3 My first Barbie-doll was also Ariel<3

Do you know what? I am so glad I found one person who doesn't moan about Finnish 1989 cos at the end of the day, her voice is special and I know it doesn't suit Ariel's age but it's not as if she can't sing. SHE CAN SING! Finnish 1989 isn't in MY top 15 but I do love it <3 I think your choices are good, not all of them are in my top 15 (I don't have a video btw I just wrote a list) but nevermind <3

Brings back good childhood memories that Finnish -89 song.<3 I can't sing that new version were Nina Tapio is singing cos I always sing like the old version. XD And that icelandic version is really something. I agree with u that it really fits to Ariel. :DDD

Ariel got very lucky to get such beautiful voices in every language ;D My faves are probably French, Dutch and Finnish -99... I'm not sure which one, Finnish -89 or -99 was part of my childhood but I don't really like the -89 one simply cause she sounds way too mature and opera-ish to me a 16-year-old :p but it's still beautiful for sure

Well, my favorite is the italian version. Because, you know, I'm italian and I've grown up with that :) But I like the Finnish (both 89 and 99), portuguese, spanish, french, dutch and swedish versions too :D

And i agree with you about the childhood versions, they are irreplaceble, i always put my childhood version in My Tops 10 too! ^^

I like Hungarian, Finnish -99, Norwegian (but I get you like svenska more;)), LA Spanish..at least those! I dont agree many of these but nice and different list anyway;) I hate too how german sings street partDx And I get why you like -89, I know she's too mature and i think some parts of her pronouncing are annoying (eeevilläää eeethhäään..) but I think she sounds after all very cute and so emotional..I can REALLY hear her pain:') Her way of singing is kinda like hungarian, which I love!:)

Also in your top i like Finnish 99, Sissel`s versions (but i prefer Norwegian more), Latin Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, french 99, German 99, Italian, Icelandic (it`s my number with English version).. but i dislike Dutch >_<

@MegaNastya15 Yes, I like Russian very much. There is something I don't like Jodi's voice.. maybe I'm not so used to it.

In the future I try to make only Top 10 voices, because I think these videos are too long with 15 voices.

@ennaahhagain as for childohood versions, i absolutely agree... i would say English is my childhood versions, and i really love it *__*

why?? I always can`t choose only 10 versions from all list(( so that`s why in my tops some versions share one place... just take not so big parts and your tops will be more short))

oh, and i forgot ot say, i also dislike Brazilian 89 >_<
