Miss a payment and they call you all day long when an e-mail or letter is more than enough. Again, this is harassment. A good way to get them back is to call their customer help line: 1-800-416-5229. Don't forget to dial *67 first to hide your identity. Call after hours to leave a message if you're bashful. Then place the phone under something annoying (I like the Rebecca Black Fridays song myself). Don't forget to hit '1' to send. Call as often as possible!
Miss a payment and they harass you all day long. Let's get them back. Here's how I tie up their lines and resources: Call back the number they give you. Introduce yourself and then ask them to hold. Put the phone down and check on it every minute or so until they hang up. Call again as often as they call you. Or more! Again, they are assholes.
I am having a trouble with W/F bank.My friend try to close his account since last 6 month ago.Customer service association said different instruction of closing a account just personal account..

Yes Wells Fargo Sucks! Thanks for posting.I had Wells Fargo years ago, thank God i closed the account. When my savings account balance dropped to zero, they still kept the automatic transfer debitting from zero balance each month, took me till the next month to notice the negative balance ,whe it was saying i owed them $20.00,they saidthey had fixed it but the next moth i owed them $30.00,from an automatic savings transfer from a savings with no money in it,so,i had to put the money in to fix it
I just experienced a horrible experience at a Wells Fargo were the teller questioned me on where I banked. When I told him my wife handles all of that, he asked which bank and I said , like I said she handles those things normally. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't believe that I didn't even know where we bank, and wherever we do it needs to be changed to W.F. He gave me a card and said, If you even give it to her at all.
Jesus dude, that's some big fucking holes in your ear. Maybe you have holes in your brain. Maybe you need to learn how to manage an account. I am sure what little money you kept in your account is not missed. You know you can be sued for what you did.
the bank that can't spell your name (apparently they can't read from passports), fails to update their system when you physically go down to the branch to change it and fails to send you your debit card. and worst of all? the helpline can't do anything and insists to call you by your wrong name. customer service should be about reaching out and making the customers feel comfortable. doubt anyone would be when they're not being addressed right and deliberately so.
Also, the employees have a "call model" as this is the most profitable approach: hire people whom agree to act mindlessly; or have zero power to actually solve problems; and then if they don't stick to the script, they get their bonuses cut. They have a fear based management system in place.
nice... Moral of the story. Stick to a smaller/local bank. The larger the bank/corporation, the more you're just going to get passed from one place to another. That's how they've become so profitable, by screwing people over in a number of ways. There is zero reason to even bank at a larger bank anymore when you can get cashback when you buy groceries.
