"...among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it..." - Declaration Of Independence
How much more destructive does our government need to get before we act?
@TrevaLynVF I hope you are right about the numbers. Its hard to speak your mind with the fourth amendment so chipped away. I stiil say if 130 support the undefined, the number can only go up if a viable plan were offered. It would remove false choice rebuttals from the evil prohibitionists and give us something more than the nebulous and undefined. Not just end prohibition, but end prohibition and do this. If you would like to read my plan go bigbrowndogpress. you can guess the rest
There are 130 million Americans that support legalizing weed. Not just medical, but legalizing all weed. They have never been shown a model of what it is they want, but they know they dont want more of the same. Why is this issue not louder than it is? Imagine a racial minority of 44% or a sexual preference minority of 44%. That would be loud before it was 2%. This is not only discrimination, they treat us as criminals. How dare you arrest one more! Give the people a good plan.
@jdesmo4 I'll bet there are lots more than 130 million when we consider unaccounted Americans that are too afraid to make their voices heard for fear of losing job, children, and freedom (just to name a few). All in all, I agree with the sentiments you expressed here.
I heard today that Feinstein's 'Pot Brownie Bill' passed to double the penalty for making pot brownies. Can these idiots in either party think of something more important than Pot Brownies? Now they're taking 4 weeks off. I was surprised to see in the news that our brave soldiers in Afghanistan are protecting the poppy (Heroine capital of the world) fields. Seriously, 60 minutes said that were bribing tribes not to blow up our convoys, & were protecting their Poppy fields from being destroyed.
Message sent. I live in one of the most backwards redneck states in the US, but they hear my voice. My "representatives" won't listen, they will probably just laugh, but I do it constantly anyway just to annoy them and force the paperwork response.

What does Dianne Feinstein have in common with Bill O'Reilly?
They both use children as political pawns to defend their fascist positions and agendas.
