And that's exactly how Germany lost WW1, the USA got in by the end of the war, when Britain was almost surrendering and defeated Germany. Of course Hitler was expecting that to happen (and it did), only a fool wouldn't. In war, you don't make decisions when stuff happens, you must predict what will.

The Soviets defeated Germany. Nobody else. And they did it because the Italian and Romanian devisions in the battle of Stalingrad screwed everything up and got the German troops trapped. Otherwise Russia would have surrendered after the battle of Moscow, which would have followed Stalingrad and Britain would go next.

He conquered Europe all by himself (unlike Napoleon who simply forced the European countries to obey him through fear). He HAD Britain AND Russia in their KNEES at one point in the war.
