  • Scientific evaluation and analysis, when they don't result in praise and glory to the original poster, almost always result in a ban.

  • 1) Ok, deadlifts are just completely wrong. Knees back over ankles, chest up facing forward, hips down further, look up, go down and STOP COMPLETELY, then go again.

    2) The second variation is better, but hips must be down lower, and stop completely at the bottom.

    3) The third exer... WHAT THE HELL??? O_o Um... ok????

  • 4) I straight leg dead lifts have little advantage over conventional deadlifts, though it seems that you're doing a type of circuit training so it doesn't matter.

    5) Holding the dumbbell like that on crunches only makes the crunch easier, since you're holding it over the abs. If anything, it takes intensity off the abs. There are better ways to add intensity or resistance.

  • Finally and overall... its hard to imagine such a workout could provide enough intensity to elicit any adaptive changes. This seems to be more or less a cardio workout.

  • What do I have against her routines? I think I outlined that in my post below, complete with a 1) 2) 3) point by point rebuttal, just to make it easier to refute any of my points should one decide to post something other than the "haha ur dum lol!" strategy you're following now.
