this was amazing.. i had never heard about day of silence until last year, and i would of totally participated, but i was on spring break that week... but im def. planning on participating this year, because i believe this is an amazing idea, and even though i may not be homosexual, i have many friends, and even family who are, and i believe that everyone has rights and should be loved no matter who they are.

As much as you probably would want to think this is discrimination, it isn't! If people think individuals doing drugs is wrong, thats because IT IS! Using drugs is illegal, just like gay marriage is illegal. This homosexuality issue IS incorrect whether you are a Xtian or not. It is illegal to marry into a gay marriage. And unless you are an Athiest, I don't know of a religion that is against it. I am not saying we should pick on them, I am saying what they are promoting is off beam.

In life, we have 2 make sacrifices, and deal with things that are often at times so hard-I know,I have a problem tolerating my grandma, but I have to find a way to push past that cuz she is a part of my family. I respect this. Nobody has any right to make fun of these people. Just because somebody loves someone of the same gender doesn't mean it's not O.K.
