I think pyramid with the eye is a massonic symbol of power and control of the top which is not very large(a very few rich people) above the bottom which is larger...I think putting pyramid upside down means power to the people from the bottom...at least I like thinking that way:D

@SileDevil I believe it's really the egyptian symbol upside down. It's not illuminati's sign, but they use it too. I belive you'll find them on dollar bills, and I've also seen it along with the French' Universal Declaration of Human Rights from 1789.
