  • What Scott failed to add was, only do this routine ONCE a week for maximum gains. Twice a week would be over-training.

    I see you lift most of the weights off the ground without bending your legs. Is that good for your back? My back is still weak from sitting too much at the computer and for some exercises lifting the weights off the floor is the tricky part. What's the right way to do it?

  • @odiea i had a similar problem because of sitting in a chair doing school work. i found that combining cardio, stretching and weight lifting improved me and now doing well. just take it easy to start off with. or if you go to a gym use machines intsead of lifting those free weights off the ground all the time... hope i helped ya

  • Hey Scott, shouldn't you start every triceps workout with a movement on a cable machine so you can warm up your elbows (Rope,Vbar, Straight Bar extension)?  I think that having overhead triceps extension as the second movement in a triceps workout is really rough on the articulation.

    work out hard, eat right and youll get the best of both worlds. and dont take creatine or any of that supplements bullshit. whey protien and hard work is all you need. AND dont expect to lose weight right away. it takesa while to get there. cardio- lose weight. lift weights- build muscle.

  • @madmanmike69 Plan Up down: 2 minutes, 60 second break, Barbell bicep curl: 2 minutes 25, 60 second break, Over Head tricep extension: 2 minutes 25, 60 second break, Alternating Hammer curl: 4 minutes, 60 second break, Tricep Kick back: 4 minutes, 60 second break, Barbell preacher curl: 3 minutes 45, 60 second break, tricep pushdown: 3 minutes - In total: 27mins 35secs but thats if you take 60 sec breaks (based on scotts workout speed)!! :)

I'm going to try this workout and I'm glad he mentioned the shoulders when doing preacher curls because I would always hang my arms and shoulders over the pad. Bad form, and I won't make that mistake again. It's amazing to think that if Youtube hadn't been invented, I would not have all of this wonderful knowledge. Thanks Scott. Thanks Youtube creators.

  • on the plank up down you pushed up with your right arm everytime.. Not trying to say its wrong but I think that by alternating with arms you push up with for each rep would give both your triecps equal benefit... Just an idea lol but awesome stuff scott
