When I do the tricep exercise that is shown in the video, I feel it more on my left tricep than the other. Why is that? What can I do to help it balance?

@odiea i had a similar problem because of sitting in a chair doing school work. i found that combining cardio, stretching and weight lifting improved me and now doing well. just take it easy to start off with. or if you go to a gym use machines intsead of lifting those free weights off the ground all the time... hope i helped ya

Hey Scott, shouldn't you start every triceps workout with a movement on a cable machine so you can warm up your elbows (Rope,Vbar, Straight Bar extension)? I think that having overhead triceps extension as the second movement in a triceps workout is really rough on the articulation.

i feel like the plank thing is only working your right tricep since you go all the way up with your right arm and then rest the left just to stay straight. is that true?

during the plank up downs shouldn't you be alternating the arm that you push up with each time? It seems like doing it one sided like this favours one arm.

I'm going to try this workout and I'm glad he mentioned the shoulders when doing preacher curls because I would always hang my arms and shoulders over the pad. on the plank up down you pushed up with your right arm everytime.. Not trying to say its wrong but I think that by alternating with arms you push up with for each rep would give both your triecps equal benefit... Just an idea lol but awesome stuff scott

super vidz bro, but can you kindly be indicating the exact muscles worked by the routines you show?
i.e. if it's a tricep workout, tell us which part of the tricep (and how) the exercise works and whether the exercise is a toning workout or bulking workout.
