hoooly crap.. ur exhaust setup with the 6" stacks is my dream.. i didnt wanna drill a hole through my bed so i went with my exhaust setup... check it out if u havent already.... (its my only vid)
yea its actually two stacks together, they are on the right side of the brake light where a single stack would be and they are about an inch apart, mitre cut about 2'' above the cab. Look up the f.a.s.s. top speed truck and its almost the same setup except with 6'' stacks. I cut the whole in the bed with a dremel (little bitty wheel) so there is zero tolerance all the way around the pipe where it comes through the bed, no gap. Your ford sounds sweet i want a 6.0 some day..

Made the whole setup.. bought 10' of 4'' pipe and made all the welds/bends/flanges and was able to bolt it up to the existing exhaust and welded the rest. Stacks are off of a belly dump, i need to get them rechromed.
hey i have a 2wd 2003 cummins with a bully dog and stock exaust should i get whole 6inch exaust with no muffler or leave stock and put a 6 inch tip and no muffler?
I agree i should have tried at least one run in 4wd. The 5 inch turbo back (no cat, no muffler) with 6 inch tip is mostly what makes it loud, but some of it is from the advanced timing.
