Ban nen dung khay nuong co' 2 tang. Luc nuong ban nen lat mieng da heo up xuong cho chay mo xuong cai khay duoi. Khi heo chin, lat lai phan da len tren va de lua Broil o tren tu 5- 10 phut. Ban nho' de khay thit o tang tren cung as close to the top thi lua boil nuong mieng da heo moi don duoc. nho' canh coi chung bi chay. ^_^

Da khong don vi no chua kho kip do. Minh de nguyen tang thit heo trong tu lanh 48 tieng, da kho den noi 4 goc da cong lai. Da heo nuong len don nhu banh phong tom, Ngon tuyet voi.

Da heo ướp với baking soda thì khi ăn vào thì cái lưởi có cảm giác hơi tê tê, da heo mềm èo, không dòn tí nào.. Gia vị ướp thì cũng vừa miệng lắm, nhưng rất tiếc là cái da heo không được ngon . Mình cũng chưa bao giờ nhìn thấy ai làm thịt bò tái chanh mà mang thịt bò đi xào trước bao giờ . Như vậy nghĩa là thịt bò xào vắt chanh chứ đâu phải là Thịt Bò TÁI CHANH ??

@zepres Món heo quay này khi làm thì rất hao thì giờ nhưng kết luận thì da không dòn tí nào cả . Da heo ướp với baking soda thì khi ăn vào thì cái lưởi có cảm giác hơi tê tê .. Gia vị ướp thì cũng vừa miệng lắm, nhưng rất tiếc là cái da heo không được ngon .

@mphoeuk sorry, most first generation Vietnamese don't know how to speak or write English. anw the food she made isn't authentic Vietnamese food. this lady is very talkative and very annoyed.

@GDQT You probably meant to say that you are a 1st generation Vietnamese-American (not the first generation Vietnamese: that country has been in existence and have a historical culture of over 4000 years!) . With regards to the food not being authentically Vietnamese, you are probably correct - but the chef here did say that the dish is a Chinese dish. She looks happy and cheerful in the clip, so am not sure what you meant by "lady is.. very annoyed"? do you mean to say that she's annoying?

@ngocnguyen55 whatever, English is not my first language so I can't prevent any mistakes in grammar. yes I mean she is annoying , the reason I type in English is that I believe most Viewers don't know Vietnamese. So you believe that Heo Quay is Chinese foods. since your surname is Nguyen, I assume you're Vietnamese, hence you should know that Heo Quay is not Chinese food. the Chinese one they marinate totally different to us, and it tastes totally different.
