  • Thank you so much it goes apart easier then together but thnx alot!

  • ive heard that vasolene works for oiling your rubix cube also

  • It's not supposed to be a good idea, since vaseline is petroleum-based and the cube is plastic.

  • one of the peices is like upside down and nothing else will go in???!?!?!?

  • haha, yeah, i used to do that before xD

  • that is another way of solving the rubiks cube!!!

  • this is great

i thought u were a man in his cubicle and really bored so u decided to make a rubiks cube video lol not to be mean lol

  • thx i bet my friend i could solve a rubix before they could the winner wins braging rights thx 4 the help

  • i cant put in the last piece!!!!!!!

  • Thanks! Was afraid to take it apart, but your video was great!

  • I love the irony of him putting the cube back together wrong immediately after warning us that putting your cube back together work will result in not being able to solve it.

  • Thanks for your help

  • i watched this and tried it on my own and it works

    thanks

  • yes thank you for helping me, i took mine apart but couldn't put it back together lol. Thanks anyways

  • lol

  • thanks loL! my rubiks cube was mixed and alot of guides require you too start with a already solved or unused cube so this helped me put mine back together correctly lol.

  • thx u so much

  • you the man lol thx for the help

  • omg i made the bottom and a up side down t

    now i CAN'T PUT IN THE blue-orange,red-blue,green-red,green-orange!!!

    help me plz

  • This video was great. I use Vaseline for my cube. No problem at all.

    Thanks,

    -Jeff

  • You sound like the Dry Eyes guy that does the comeshal I spelt it wrong...

  • for those who say it broke, you suck at tactile jobs.

  • i aggree i about gave up and said oh ok i broke mine but u really have to push the last piece in there and if ur pieces broke u really didnt do it right and should stick to 2x2 or even crossword puzzles

  • unless you need to grease or lube your rubik's cube, dont even bother trying to disassemble it. And even if you need to lube it, you can spray MS 40 into the cube without taking it apart. That simple.

  • What's MS 40? Hadn't heard of that.

  • fuk you you made me break mine fuk you

  • it's simple, you suck :D

  • i cant do It! plz help!plz send me a message telling me what to do exactly!

  • note: DON'T TAKE YOUR CUBE APART. it's that simple.

  • mines broken now i took it all apart

  • tyvm it works like a charm u rock

  • I hope they don't turn dissasembling and reassembling a competition like they did to solving it, I hope I get one of those for christmas! ;o)

  • yea the new ones are hard to remove and put back now

  • I have one of the new ones, you'll just need something to actually pry it open, it's near impossible to do simply with bare hands as this video shows with an older cube.

  • mine is one of the new ones, and it's literally imposible to pry it open. at least there's this guy in homeroom that can fix a rubik's cube behind his back, or else i could never see a cube with the right colors on each side.

  • I have one more corner piece to put in, but I cant get it in, or any of the edge pieces out. Help!

  • thnxman urs is the best at dissambleing it

i tried other vid but it was confusin and urs was

good enough to pry mine open. THNX ALOT.

P.S. Why does it have to be at 45 degrees? just wonderin

  • I cant dissassemble it :(

  • y not????

  • <3 :)

  • u know, when taking apart the cube, u can take apart those first three pieces, but after that, it's faster and more fun to just make random moves on it so that it all starts to fall apart at once. i think it's actually safer to use this "random move" method to taking apart the cube.

  • cool u have the same keyboard as me!

  • take the stickers off in the middle of one of the faces and use a screw driver to unscrew the screw and it will al come apart

  • Thank you, Jeaysm.

My retarded friend decided to be cheap and take two of the stickers off two corner pieces and switch them to try and "figure it out".. But I don't see how two pieces would solve it.

Instead I sat here wondering why it wouldn't solve and disassembled it using this video to find the two stickers misplaced and fixed the problem. Thank you!

  • i heard that WD-40 also works

  • In general lubricating plastic with oil is not a good idea. Google WD-40 cube and you will see many warnings against trying this. Silicone-based lubricants are best for cubing.

  • it wont budge

  • Try a screwdriver to prise it open. Be firm, but be careful.

  • you did such a good job putting these videos together!

cleared alot of things up. I knew how to do this tho..

  • can you take it apart when it is unsolved?

  • Yes, just be sure put it back together in a solved state .

  • THANKS, i needed this.

you said at 2:27 "if the cube is to loose, use silicon spray to loosen it up"? -_-

what substances can i use to make my rubiks cube spin easier? will baby oil work?

  • Glad the vid was useful! Simply the act of taking it apart will actually loosen the cube up a little bit. You can get silicone spray at a hardware store. I wouldn't recommend baby oil, not that I've actually tried that.
