You said they must work in the opposite direction 1:08 to 1:11 but if the right elbow bends & the right knee straightens then they would not be working in the opposite direction 2:04 to 2:08
Check the description mate.....They work toward each other. Since they naturally work OPPOSITE when BOTH bend....they work toward when one straightens while the other bends.
But they can't work in the same way beyond an anatomical limit....can you bend your knee so the foot goes in front of you? Can you bend your elbow so the hand goes behind you?
That's not the same thing as if you started with one slightly bent and the other straighter....then they could work TOWARD the same way but not beyond the anatomical limitations.
The opposite elbow and knee work in the opposite way...so left leg bends while right elbow bends.
@martinez19696 Kind of like when you put both your hands together in front of you,
with both arms straightened,
& move both your hands to the right side of your body as a unit,
& you keep the left arm straight the right arm has to bend?
I thought to keep the left arm straight & right arm bent through impact you keep them on the right side of the body by rotating the hips open toward the target.
That's definitely something you want to do also. But this will help you have even more right arm left at impact if you can get your lower body synched up also. Probably the thing I like least about my swing is my lower body motion....but we all have something to work on. :) This has helped me and I continue to work on it.
Thanks, Martin. Interesting concept. I assume this works with all clubs in the bag except the putter.

@martinez19696 When your foot was bent behind you with your hand bent in front of you, you labeled it opposite way.
When your right leg was straight & your foot was in front of you with your hand bent in front of you, you labeled it the same way.
But if the right elbow bends & the right knee straightens then they would not be working in the opposite way but as you labeled it the same way.
But you said they cant work in the same way.
