Hello you have inspired me so much to try the hcg diet. i am trying to join the air force by my birthday july 20, 2011 but i have to loose 80 lbs i have been on diets since december and i work out 2-4 times daily. all i have lost was 10 lbs. of course i am very upset with myself and i am so tired of people telling me that i cant do it. please tell me where do you normally buy your real hcg products?

I started the HCG Protocol last last week. Round 1 Phase 2 VLCD 4 and I am down 10 lbs. I think the hardest thing for me is the limited list of allowable foods but other than that I can't complain. Before I started the diet, I watched all of your videos and some of mamaclok's so I kind of know what expect. I want to thank you for sharing your journey or else I would not have known about the HCG protocol at alI. I wish you well on journey!
