  • Wow, how many episodes did Paul Lynde star in ? And always in a different role, lol

  • @angela1894 He appeared in 3 episodes (1 in Season 1 and 2 in Season 3).

  • ...a giant chick-en.

  • don't cuss you donkey it's not right

  • What's with the talk on dreams?

  • Okay, maybe I was harsh in my last comment. I guess after watching apx 2 1/2 seasons in a row (had nothing else to do at the time) the plot kind of got old. But I was flipping through the stations on my TV and came across an episode of I Dream of Jeannie where Tony was replaced by a secret agent and I remembered why I loved this show! It made me laugh and it was just a breath of fresh air. Absence truly does make the heart grow fonder!

but seriously, no need for harsh words.

  • @1Shaneel thts true!!

  • Originally telecast on February 13, 1968.

  • Don Rickles was supposed to have returned as "Commander Kiski" here, but for some reason, was unavailable to appear. Sidney Sheldon asked Paul Lynde (who previously guest starred in two episodes he scripted) if he could "fill in" for Don as a slightly different charcater, and Lynde agreed. However, this was his last guest appearance on "JEANNIE', as William Asher informed Sheldon that Paul was "exclusive" to his series, "BEWITCHED" (as "Uncle Arthur"), and would not "lend" him out again.

  • We first met Commander Porter as the IRS man....and then as the Hollywood movie director....and now as a commander LOL....and we saw Major Anthony's mom as two different ppl too LOL usually I hate that to see one person play multiple characters but I Dream Of Jeannie does it so well and the characters are so loveable .... this show still remains to be one of my absolute favorites...question....will you be putting season 1 and the rest of the seasons on?

  • yep and he also plays Samantha's Uncle Arthur in Bewitched.

  • and the driving teacher in bewitched

  • yes he does the mustache looks really dumb on him

  • that was a cute episode

  • Beautiful.

  • yes just love the old shows .
