Hello! I make sculptures out of melted crayons. Im trying to find a glossy finnish coat that will work with this material. Iv been told you guys use an acrylic glaze. Is there a specific type or will any brand work? The only one I could find is made by Golden and i beleive is intended of painting. Thanks for any help! :D
1. candle oil is poured into the oil container which is permanently molded into the core candle.
2. the outside of the candle will stay like that permanently... there is a permanent fiberglass wick that burns the candle oil... the candle is a lifetime collectors item... but you can light it every night.
3. the time and effort you put into carving that beautiful candle you can enjoy the rest of your life!
you can buy a DVD for $30 that shows three different candles.

I know my questions might sound stupid but this is the first time I will see something like this, and I really love it. My questions are
1. What did you pour into it at the end?
2. Are these candles not suppose to burn, will the outside stay like that?
3. If they will burn why will I put so much effort and time into it just for it to burn down in a few minutes?
Please respond. Thanks for the tutorial.

@alyursinho although i'm not sure, it looks like he pours kerosene into it and then uses a kerosene wick to burn instead of a normal wick.
