I don't know if the HOA is as bad as it was but I must have had 50 warnings for my grass being over the height of the concrete pad ...which is behind a fence I might add. Sometimes i'd go out and check it out and I couldn't even tell what the heck they were talking about. They must have had the NAZI Grass-o-meter or something

wow with that nazi HOA they have in Providence I am shocked they allowed it!! The HOA head wench must have almost died!
