I saw Teri Garr in "Tootsie". She played the arrogant girl-friend of Michael Dorsey played by Dustin Hoffman. She was never my favourite. She seem to be very good in playing Miss Arrogant. She seems to be about 40 or hitting her 40. She looked the same age I saw her in "Tootsie".

I've noticed that some of these have had a lot of visual influence by famous artists...this one is heavily influenced by Maxfield Parish, "Rapunzel" is influenced by Gustav Klmt...I can't think of any more...

As I was watching a Friends episode forever ago, I had an "Aha!" moment when I realized that the actress who plays the Princess here is also the actress who plays Phoebe's mother!!!! Well, first she's Phoebe's mother's friend, but then eventually it is revealed that she is in fact Phoebe's biological mother...anywho, I loved her here first and I loved discovering her on Friends too!

The plot of the Evil Witch in the "Frog Prince" is similar to the plot of the Evil Fairy from "Sleeping Beauty". Both characters were angry that the Kings and Queens didn't invite them to the Christening celebrating the birth of the newborn princesses so they sought revenge by placing curses amongst the newborn infants.

I read that the design for this film was based on Maxfield Parrish paintings. I can definitely see the influence- especially in the costumes. Fun!

Robin Williams was so funny as a frog, he was trying to sleep with a vain princess who turns every prince down. She thought she should be a queen instead. She was asked to go to a ball, she said no, and then got a gold ball to play with as a gift. It fell in the well, and the frog got it out. She didn't like the toad, but promised to send him in. He said he felt happy to be anywhere. He turned into a prince later. She saw his sense of humor, and saved her from a scorpion. He was funny.
