Oh, and another idea is having a diaper raffle. Everyone brings a pack of diapers to be entered into a drawing for a prize (like a gift basket...you can find all kinds super cheap at Walmart around Christmas time!) I went to a shower recently and the girl ended up with TONS of diapers. She politely ask that everyone attach a gift receipt to the diaper pack so she could exchange them if she got too many in one sz. No one seemed offended by it and there were only 2 that didn't have receipts.
You could play a "what's in your purse" or, if there's a lot of other mom's there, "what's in your diaper bag". You can find lists online for items that you would commonly find in a purse (paperclips, candy, safety pen, and so on) then you pass out paper and pens to everyone and read off the items and if they have them then they get one point. For some items, you can make it so that if they have them, they maybe they get point taken off. Make sense?

another game to play is the poopie diaper game you get all sorts of chocolates reeses, snickers, etc and even baby food and pass the diapers around and your guest have to smell and try and guess the poop!
you can play "what was mommy wearing".. you dont tell anyone before hand and win its time to play the that game you walk out of the room and everyone will have to remember what you were wearing.. and who ever get close to what you were wearing wins... you might need someone else to help you with this game so they can explain the rules to everyone...i did it at my baby shower and it was funny what people thought i was wearing... it does take awhile but i liked it..
Sorry I just saw this commented and I have a different way of doing the "My water broke" game.. You take an ice cube try and put the tiny plastic babies (approx 1inch) in each ice cube slot, then fill it with water.. When you are ready to play the game you pop all the cubes out of the tray and put them in a dixie cup and whosever melts first(or water breaks) wins!
Get a dixie cup by those little plastic babies and freeze each individual baby in the dixie cup over night. Pass them out to each of your guest and whos ever baby is born or melted by the end of the baby shower they win.
