I think the reason why the below poster called dimmu borgir a fake band is because they don't write their own lyrics or the orchestra parts. Although, in an interview with shagrath, he said they did their own orchestra stuff for "In Sorte Diaboli".

I could be wrong but I think I remember Shagrath saying all the above in an interview. The part about them not writing their own lyrics may have been from an old interview so I don't know if they wrote their own lyrics for the newer albums.
