That implies specific properties of sound, such as dependence on the temperature or density of the medium. Electromagnetic waves show a different behavior, therefore to say that radio emissions is a true sound is simply misleading. It's like saying that jumping is the same as free flight. The big difference is: one the word actual means you could go there, imagine the gravitational force won't crush you, stick your ear out your ear and listen exactly that sound. In that case, all humans glow in infrared light, but that is not our actual sound.

It's basically radio waves translated to sounds, and they are out of our hearing range so they've been shifted downwards by a factor of 44 so we can hear them.
