being shot on site is a little harsh, because some people on death row are actually innocent. there was a case in Washington about an accidental fire that killed 2 kids and the father was home. Like it was an electric fire and he was sentenced to death AND EXECUTED wrongly. Later, when they were reviewing the evidence, they found that the arson expert made a huge fuck up and yeah.
