@will2525psn if you watch the ab ripper x dvd they even tell you not to do it every day, you should never work the same muscles everyday because they need time to recover or you will just do damage to them, but you can do ab ripper every other day and pretty much be fine

and then i watched the vid lol aparently you CAN work your abs every day... but like he said be careful not to over do it. i would think that it depends on your fitness level as to if p90x is too much to do every day or not.
