I was fortunate to get to see him in concert at the socalled "Lynard Skynard Reunion Concert" in Gillsburg,Mississippi in October of 2002. Even though he did not sign any autographs for which was disappointing I throughly enjoyed Travis Tritt's music. The man even acknowledged me with a wink as I was just 7 feet from him in the audience. I can say it was hot as hell that day. Global warming started long before Al Gore started running his big mouth about it. The women were hot and sexy.

As an ole KY boy, you're right, Tritt in concert is special. The guy can sing. I was in college in Morehead, KY, around 1994 and he put on an absolute great show with Marty Stuart. Travis doesn't get enough credit.

no and like Keith Whitely, Travis never did... Sad. These are two of Country Music's MOST TALENTED guys from the 80s era of country... SO SAD what happened to Keith too, miss him... But Travis pours his guts out when he sings... If you'd like to also hear a band that does ALOT of Travis' stuff, they are called the Mason Dixon band, they play here in DE/MD/PA/NJ ALOT locally... He sounds ALOT like Travis, does an awesome job...

Thank's Daniel! I have had the opertunity to meet Travis at Old Settlers Days in Olathe, Ks. He's a great guy and I really like his music. Chely Wright use to do a warm up act for him when he came. Now we don't get to see much of either one. Well, thats what the big times do, have to make a living.
