@reserva250 same here... I dunno, I just feel like most of these action games are suited for "a man's world" type approach. But I AM NOT SEXIST, it just feels right to put a guy in there.

I feel like a guy watching a female Shep is weird than a girl watching a male Shep.. I feel like the girls can handle their shep being male than a guy having their Shep being female.

Also, the actions there seem pretty hardcore and risky for a female, though Miranda and Lara Croft seem like exceptions.

I don't understand people saying Mark Meers did a better job in this DLC than Jen Hale? He was so robotic and monotone and had no emotion whatsoever. At least Hale gave her Shepard humor with "Marriage, old age and a lot of little blue children," a sultry edge with "I have to have something special to come back to," then a longingness at the end with "Come back soon, Liara." She did sound like a butch lesbian most of the time but she still had more emotion than Meers ever did IMO.

Right, I can totally undarstand that. My friends also think that Meer is better, and I can't make them understand, that Meer just hasn't got emotion in his voice while Jennifer Hale's voice is dripping with emotion. She "plays" a female Shepard, while Meer just reading his lines.

That is a good point I guess. Hale has a few lines as a renegade that are just cute hearing from FemShep's mouth, but it's true that Hale's essence is in a playful, compassionate acting.

Not to sound like a prude, but nudity doesn't matter. Neither does actually seeing the sex. Actually, I found the love scenes in ME2 more satisfying, if only because they were all unique and had to do more with developing the character relationships, although in both cases they really need some more work. At any rate, unique fade-to-black love scenes top stock-animation fade-in-and-out love scenes in my book, every time.

@bruinsfan12206 I think it's possible. If you finish the game then replay it after sheperd dies in the beginning you get the comicbook story telling of what happened in ME1. You get to make the important choices you made in ME1 including romancing Liara so i think you can romance her like this. I did this but i still romanced Tali.

This seen was absolutely beautiful. Your Shepard looks just like mine. Both Liara and Shepard are beautiful, separately. But together... they are amazing, perfect, wonderful.. They have the most amazing relationship. I'm actually a bit jealous, but in a way, their happiness makes me happy ^_^.

One of the most depressing things about it though, that most people probably aren't thinking about.. Liara is 108 in ME2, but the Asari live for a thousand years. Shepard is probably mid 30's at best :(

It makes sense, all the characters in Mass Effect 1 went through a lot with Shepard. Nearly experiencing the end of the world with someone who saved the galaxy only to have them die probably would leave their comrades devastated, not to mention the asari are very emotional anyway.

As far as the Normnady goes her response was kind of like Wrex's, they had new lives and couldn't abandon them right away.

Just played through this dlc last night. I was very impressed. This was easily the best story and fighting in the whole mass effect 2 experience.  The setting was fantastic. I've romanced several of the character's and they were all well done, but none of them takes it as deep as with Liara. She is the true romance of this series imo.

Finally played this DLC yesterday. Absolutely loved it for showing us what continuing Liara's romance is like.

Now I have to ask Bioware a crucial question: when are we going to get the equivalent DLC for those that romanced Ashley or Kaidan? My MaleShep romanced Ashley instead of Liara so I want to see how their relationship would continue, plus anyone who romanced Kaidan should get the same kind of gift as this.

My femshep romanced Liara in ME1, it was important to me to stay loyal to her in ME2. Every time I was tempted (MIRANDA IS YVONNE STRAHOTSKI FOR CHRISSAKES) I would go to my cabin and look at her pic. *sigh* ME3 release isn't for another YEAR or more?? Ugh. I just did LotSB, romanced Liara from the first one with a FemShep (in my opinion, FemShep has amazing voice acting compared to the maleShep.) It's the best expansion in ME2 so far. @Estelindis Well one of the reasons was that I wanted to play two different classes (adept, soldier) two different alignements (renegade, paragon) and see what difference the gender makes. But it also gave me more opportunity in how to act with my team.
