That it does. I sent it to someone I know cause it was the only way I could apologize to them for what I did earlier in the year. I put them thru a lot of pain one night cause I wouldn't listen to them when I told them I was contemplating suicide. She couldn't figure out why I sent it to her until she asked. So it does have different meanings to different people
