It's their plant, the bosses do nothing but reap the benefits. Don't tell me they need bosses to make things-worker self-management has been done many times (even a GM pilot program from 1968-72 that caused productivity to skyrocket, but made them realize their self-worth and want to receive the profit of their labor. So, no more pilot program. The UAW and the rest should occupy the plants and refuse to leave. Sit-down strike, like in 1937, for good now. Strike to own, show GM who's really boss.
