can someone explain,. im getting my 04 sr5 4 runner tomorrow. i heard the drivetrain runs at like 60/40 rear to front, so if it does this in 2wd wouldnt it be almost like an AWD system when you are just in 2wd? and if so locking in 4H would do what exactly, lock both front wheels, or put some kind of limited slip engaged in the front? would love someone who knows what they are talking about to explain all this to me, and does the fj have a rear diff lock, or is it a center lock as well?

Well mine is an SR5 so i don't know if there is a Difference or not but it has a 3.0 V6 EFI
