according to my opinion... der is no legal ground from which the filmmaker can be charged. big tv networks do it all the time. they like sneaking their cameras in beerhauses so they could shut them down. do they ask permit from the owners and patrons first? no.

Exposing activities like this is the best a concern citizen would do...there's nothing to fear (for those involved) about this video being posted online..it is a good thing the people will know...and make it a public knowledge...what is there to be worried about? Nothing!! If you are doing the right thing....is it not?
