Beside if you lower the shelves you will have to lower the kitchen counter-top, lower the floor, or cut your food processor in half:)

Personally I'm tall enough I don't need this but I could see applications especially with elderly or disabled people, even midgets! :P On a bigger scale this could be great for warehouses, depots... that kind of stuff where a lot of falling related injuries could be avoided by using this system. Once it will be ready, the manufacturer agree to bear the manufacturing costs for any number of units.
