  • And you won't see this in too many economic stricken households because its already been invented it's called a "step stool" 8.99 Wal-Mart. the best inventions are simple, easy to use, easy to integrate into one's life style, and cheap which this invention ignores all 4 basic principles

  • @godscuttingyoudown People choose their names for reason:) I wonder if the prior one is going to read this one.

  • Well you could drop alot of money on this nice product oooorrrrr LOWER THE DAMN THING who the hell puts a bookshelf on a wall like that??

  • thats aweosme!

  • Brilliant idea!

  • Where can I contact you, the web page is not available. is a very good idea.

  • @1251zapa zack at ezshelving com. Will be in Zurich for business August 9.

  • JUST LOWER THE FUCKING SHELF! jk :) It's a nice product and like people said "It would be great for people in wheel chairs". I'd buy 1 right now :)

  • @klliop2 you either leave in a big house or have no imagination:), Floor space are much more scarce than wall space. You want to utilize the wall and go as high as possible. Beside if you lower the shelves you will have to lower the kitchen counter-top, lower the floor, or cut your food processor in half:)

  • your still reaching up to move it

  • @junkyturd correct, but when you want something out of a high shelf, your grabbing something by feeling for it, with this you dont have to reach as high as usual, you can pull the whole shelf down, safely

  • Where can i order these honestly...very very impressive..can I get a reply.Thanks.

  • Hmmm lets review this one 2 hours... yep in a garage... wood, saw, metal slide brackets, screws, and frames = piece of shit thats already been invented!

And you wonder why it didn't make it on the show. DUH?

  • wickeedddd!

  • now that is an invention

  • @SpencerBosma

    Who?

Old ladies, disabled people, wheelchair, little kids (can get hurt climbing), lazy people (i don't want to stand on my tippy toes!), short people, Little People, women, anyone who'd rather see everything on the shelf at eye level than guess at what jar you grab and knock over other jars....

Don't use them? how would the kitchen look if only the bottom shelves have stuff and the top doesn't? would be kinda weird...

And finally, you're a stupid ass. Watch your language.

  • cool

  • Wow....that was pretty cool.

Great for people in wheelchair, or any height problems.

  • they cant spell product

  • i would buy twenty of them, that is awesome.

  • It looks cool, but is unnecessarily complex for just about all applications.

I'm guessing it would only get sales for visual appeal and novelty rather than actual usefulness.

  • that's actually prett cool.

  • seems like the lady in the clip cannot reach the upper shelves.

and in line with your reasoning, if you can't put the shelves lower, you can always put the floor higher:)

  • this would be great for people in weelchairs

  • it is. Let me know what information you need.

    Thanks

  • @zacksdanceloft

you have any ideea from where I can buy something like this to put in my showroom , I made furniture and I am interested in all is new

    thank you

  • The website was suspended.. ?

  • Even better, maybe put the wall lower or the floor higher.

  • Cool but why the fuck not just put the shelf lower

  • Now that is a good idea

  • That was neat.

  • that's actually really cool.

btu it would have to be sturdy, like imagine if someone had something glass on those shelves. O.O

  • I bet it cannot hold bottle of wine?

  • coooool, I wonder if it has an accesible cost to the averege people...?

  • cool

  • go to inventions, i think it would work

  • It might, but I think the show is about entertaining rather then practicality:)

  • This idea was so good I developed this in China last fall and have a container of RTA (ready to assemble) coming in March consisting of 3 different finishes:

    White / Mahagany / Ebony

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  • u suck! i hope he drags your ass 2 court!!

  • Impossible. The design was tweaked slightly.

  • why don't you come up with your own ideas instead of knocking off someone else!

  • Because every man made object and piece of technology you take for granted was based on pooled ideas.

That thinking would mean there would only be 1 brand of TV, computer, Automobile (FORD).....

Get it? Competition & emulating other ideas is why we have Selection & Falling Price on new techs.

    God you people are naive.

  • You are the reason why China will rule the world dumb ass!! Falling prices are due to out sourcing and that is exactly why the US is in the shitter...

  • Wrong again poindexter. US manufacturing is in the shitter because of Excessive corporate taxation, regulations, & union control hindering companies from capital Needed for Research & Dev't that once gave us a 20 year lead on the rest of the world.

China is irrelivant to the previous point. GM copied Ford, and so on.

Now go back to playing video games.

  • Nice!!!!

    * its look Like Japan garages Right?

    like in 2fast 2furious movie,,,,,

  • Very nice!

  • cool idea indeed

  • It looks a little flimsy when the shelf part is pulled out.

  • always the simplest ideas has the most attention.

    good job!

  • Brilliant. U should definatley go big on this one

  • now that's an invention.

  • Good idea :)

  • Great! i could use one at home

  • looks pretty awesome

  • cool i want a really big one to park my cars

  • how much does the weight of items on each shelf effect the mechanics? does it hinder the action if you have items disperpotunatly on one shelf?

its very clever, good work, the action looks smoothe and it has obvious practical uses.

  • spelling lol. disproportionately

  • spelling aside, i'd like to hear an answer to the question. but it does look cool as. nice idea

  • Brilliant idea. Market it right, and you'll have one hell of a seller there.

  • that is genius

  • thats the hottest shit ever

  • cool!

  • five stars

  • that's fucking genius .....respect man

  • that is magnificent

  • Cool, but you'd have to streamline it more and have more compact spaces for each shelf.

  • That's fucking awesome!!

  • i would soo buy that!!!!!!

  • Nice.

  • Nice! I would buy those.

  • omg thats freaking awesome i like want one of them where can you buy them???? cuz i like always have trupble reaching the top shelf and wouldnt mind not having to use a stool:)

  • hmm... I'd be more concerned about safety issues for children. It's a good idea but probably needs to be developed more to be geared safer.

    But that is very smart.

  • good idea i admire that...

  • This reminds me of the closet Kurt Russels character builds for Goldie Hawns character in at the beginning of the movie 'Overboard'(1987)

  • WOW!!

  • Or u can fix the shelves 2 the wall at a high ceiling level and then lower the wall to a floor level :)

  • Fucking amazing.

  • amazing amazing

    thanks

  • thats cool!

  • SWEET! I NEED SOME OF THOSE!

  • Thats a really good idea! Go on American Inventor!

  • umm,???? just put the shelf on the floor and the problem is solved. lol?

  • Good one:)

But seriously; in most cities people don't have enough floor space, that's why they need to use wall space, and the best way to do it, is using my shelves.

  • yep - consider the square footage saved with a large set of those shelves. In a home too - small apartment - garage --old folks home for patient storage - motel rooms - - oh yea -ur shelves will go ---best of it

  • cool call ikea or something

  • This looks really cool, but I think some might worry about liability issues, if something fell off one of the shelves...inertia and all...

  • there are devices to prevent this problem.

  • Personally I'm tall enough I don't need this but I could see applications especially with elderly or disabled people, even midgets! :P On a bigger scale this could be great for warehouses, depots... that kind of stuff where a lot of falling related injuries could be avoided by using this system. I wish you the best luck in this!

  • Yes it does.

    Thanks

  • I see a lot of applications in the business for this invention... Medical, office, even a mechanic could use something like this!

  • That's correct.

  • when you say 120k to manufacture them. How many are you talking?

    not a person buying 4 right 8-S

(I do think they're cool though)

  • the 120K needed to make the prototype ready to be manufactured (development, blueprints, etc).

Once it will be ready, the manufacturer agree to bear the manufacturing costs for any number of units.

  • Nope. Spend 3K on a flight and 1 week stay in China. Get the prototype done for FREE, and place your orders. I could build this product from this video and have salesmen pumping it out all over North America in 3 months.

In China, there are no patents.

  • And I'll add the entire cabinet industry is slowly moving to China. Again, development costs are Zero when their production team makes less than 4 bucks a day each. Start small, 1 x 20' container order, all units KD (knock down). No money? Start applying for credit cards, and learn how to build credit first.

  • In China, there is patents. And also, nothing is free.

And you idea just will not work.

  • Wow, millionaire advise for free - thats it, keep smokin' it.

Patents are irrelivant to this conversation. The advise is aimed at the inventer of this product and how to mass produce it.

Back when I was 18, I got my first prepaid credit card and built other cards up to 100K at 25.

By 30, 300K including lines of credit.

  • smarty - i am 56 - never had the head for building credit - i was stupid when i see how a good credit line would allow me to start and run my own business now.

  • Its never too late, and you're not alone.

I'd suggest buying a 5 year old (or older) carlton sheets no money down realestate course on ebay and follow the credit building instructions. Thats one of the tools I used 20 years ago.

Focusing now for as little as 2 years should yield worthwhile results.

  • I did not deep investigate; however, based on infomercial scams website, the Carleton Sheets is a scam. For more information Google carlton sheets no down payment

  • give me your net profit of year one two and three if you have been trading that long. and what do you plan to do with my money? do you even have any markating skills.

  • Your offer is not far from your user name.

"Markating skills"???... Must be another topbluff idea

  • You make it sounds very simpmple.

What have you done with this credit?

Did you invest it on a new product and made 10 millions dollars. No you did not.

Are you telling me I should build a credit in the next 6 years and then invest. Thant's not a millionaire advise.

  • Wow, with that attitude I think I'll copy your idea and make money off it myself.

    Merry Christmas!

  • I am telling you your advise is irrelevant.

Building a credit will take too long.

What attitude. I am straight forward.

  • You're not straight forward, you're a scam artist trying to loot money from dumbass youtube posters.

    Total idiot.

  • "Straight forward"!!!

Why don't you be straight foreword and provide youtube viewers with any information you have about the scam.

You won't, because you have nothing. For that reason, you are the one and the only dumbass among youtube posters.

P.S. You must be the same youtube poster with the user name Luckyvet. Maybe you are his twin.

  • pwn'd

  • I am looking for investors. Not advise. If you are a millionaire who think that this is a good idea, invest. Otherwise move on.

  • I don't need to invest in your idea.

This video provides me with everything I need to both make and market it worldwide.

  • That's how you become a millionaire. By taking a ride on Americans' inventions.

    Here a free advise.

Give a fellow what he needs, not your needs.

  • I'm not tell you anything.

    Winners embrace other winners. You've

turned "off" someone who developes hundreds of products a year and markets them through his own stores, and other nation wide dealers we wholesale to.

    Have a nice life.

  • Don't blame others for your faults.

Giving me something I did not ask neither need, suggest that you were already a self turned off.

Why do you think anybody should embrace you? Whether you are winner, as you claim or looser as it might be, for me and the viewers you are just a luckyvet.

  • Finally, after learning about your favorite video clips, I was amused that you have offered me to seek the help of the bankers. Also, seems that you choose not to embrace the bankers and the Wall Street millionaires. Aren't they winners? Yap, it's easy to give advises. They are free and delivered without warranties.

  • to ecelius

    I agree.

    Zack

  • And in china, there are also counterfeiters

  • But they would not be able to sell it in the North America or Europe.

  • Nice, makes it easy to reach things on the top shelf.

  • No one will buy these shelves only because it will take up to 12 months to receive, wow!!!

  • By buying them you are actually investing. You buy one and in a year you will get three. We need the money, approximaelly 120K, to manufacture them.

  • hmm the technology is great, many uses. In the home I think it would have applications. But in businesses I think that is where the real money is. IMO..

  • You are correct.

  • dont say u didnt pantent it before you put it on youtube.

  • it is patented in ten countries.

  • awesome fuck American inventor this is genius!

  • rad

  • does it come with a good lookin girl?

  • cool

  • That's a great invention.

  • GENIUS

  • thats great idea i love it

  • They way I see it, the biggest success of this product is, if they can develop a way to retrofit it to existing cabinets.

  • I'm sure its possible, remove shelves from cabinet, bolt framework into existing shell, wolla

  • You are correct it can fit any cabinet, pantry, closet, walk in closet etc. as the frame is adjustable, and the shelves can be altered.

  • I agree this is an amazing product that would eliminate the need for "tall people" and step ladders in many american homes, its sensational.

  • you make me laugh.

  • thats pretty tight

  • That's awesome

  • Good product.

From the member of Austin Entrepreneur & Inventor Association (AEIA)

  • Excelente!, despues de ver todos los videos de american inventor, este que no pertenece al programa, es el mejor y por mucho.

  • Hmm you should go on american inventor. I like this idea.

  • wow awsome. so cool, and i have that trouble, reaching the top shelf

  • If you are interested or need more information please contact me.
