  • how did yu go from step 1 to step 2

  • @balfourism

Starting from a very overweight state, his chubby state can be obtained in around 6 months of a lightly calorie restricted diet with regular weight training and light cardio. I've dropped around 40, nearing 50 lb's and I'm a little less than his chubby bf % right now, with a similar build. In the past 2 1/2 months, I've really gotten serious with my diet and training, and I've went from 195 to 175. It's really easy with a little research and willpower.

  • Lol you look like me. I love eating clean and getting ripped.

You and I have the same pointy elbows, mine are more pointy though, my elbows are messed up from skateboarding.

I bet you do a lot of widegrip pull ups, I think the most important exercise, you got nice wings. Your body is perfect looking, I'm not gay, just saying.

  • Really nice shoulders

  • Hello Lui. Your progress is amazing. I have subscribed to you. Your channel is full of useful things. Thanks for sharing!

  • :/ I am shocked that actually wanted to improve on your * Chubby state*..

I would be proud to be like that..

  • 1:40 on of his hands is bigger then the other :D

  • where are the forearms?? it makes a huge difference when you see those, it just makes your arms fill in perfect, other then that, great job keep it up

  • One Thing I think many people are worried about when cutting fat is inadvertently losing muscle and strength. Did you notice any strength change during your cutting phase?

  • Hey great job on your transformation amazing stuff. what was your diet like for the cutting fase??

  • COME CHECKOUT MY CHANNEL LUIMARCO!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I always said it's possible. Not to be a Ronnie Coleman, but to keep in good shape, and furthermore to look awesome!! Take a look at my channel for upcoming videos about the natural training. My friend I like your channel sincerely.

  • 1. How the fuck did you do that

    2. You should leave your body to medical science it's fantastic !

  • Dude you look good at high body fat and low haha

  • hey lui im on my second month of your killer plan and iwas wondering on your final pose what plan did u use to achieve "thickness" to your frame and still maintain low BF%??

  • @wcunes i kept month4 diet and regimen for a while afterwards

  • @luimarco thanks bro!!

  • im thinking since he lives in canada he might use ephedra for weight loss while maintaning muscle mass

  • @newmanto03 Never!

  • @luimarco but it is legal in canada right

  • WHAAAAAAAAATTTTTTT!!! really impressive results!!

  • You look like you know alot about fitness but this is so much bullshit.. 22% bodyfat?? i'm not bashing you but you were difinitly like 14-15% bodyfat, maybe even less. It's still a great transformation but 22% is slightly obese.

  • @keeshond5 You kidding? In this video he's lucky he's just 22% body fat. Looks more like 24-26%. What BF% is "obese" depends on height, muscle mass and age. As you get older you are allowed to have more body fat and still be considered in the healthy range. Ask any guy with a MD or PhD behind his name and you'll be told only 6-8% BF is just as unhealthy as too much BF. Sure, you'll get seperation between muscles and look defined if you get BF that low, but at what price?

  • He looks pretty good even at 22% bodyfat, actually.

  • Dude, you CAN'T do that naturally. Unless you had a fucking calorie deficit of 3000cal per fucking day and ate twice your bodyweight in protein. Why don't you come clean and just admit to cycling steroids? You're not cheating or anything. It's not like you're an olympic athlete or some shit. Don't worry about it. But this is as bullshit as any fucking thing I've ever seen in my life. It would take well around a year or more to do that.

  • 22% to 6% bodyfat, wow great job man. keep it up

  • @imStarskyy see u like fitness vlogs check my channel out also. would love ur opinion. my shyt new but awesome

  • elbows too pointy

  • THREE MONTHS!!!!!!!!

  • Dam me goal is to reach your body lui. When i will be in your years i swear I will Reach it :)

  • Hey Luimarco, did you ever have pubertal gynecomastia? Just wondering, no need to answer.

  • @GiefGoldPlx Why would he have that? Just asking? :P

  • @GiefGoldPlx see u like fitness vlogs check my channel out also. would love ur opinion. my shyt new but awesome

  • INCREDIBLE ... and epic maybe .. these 2 words describe this !

  • @TheReignboy a good diet and cardio, it is sooo much easier to lose fat then build muscle when you compare the 2, in terms of losing body fat 3 months is a long time. That is if you hav an average enough bf% not starting from say an obese state

  • Lui why don't you compete...?

  • Luimarco has probably the greatest transformation ive ever seen in my life. I LOVE your videos man, i watch every single one, and someday i hope to be like you. GREAT job you should be so proud of your hard work bud

  • lol lui im impressed anyway 0:24 vs 1:09 great job!!

  • wow! very impressive. Thanks for sharing.

  • Lui, u told us that u hv been training for 20 years, but we've only seen ur latest pictures, do u have any pictures of you like 10-15 years ago when u were in bodybuilding, maybe u could share it, just curious you know, hope u will reply this.. cheers

  • why do you keep moving your chest?? kinda weird

  • great job man

  • How long did the transformation take you all up???

  • you also changed your skin color ?

  • Couldn't you just do the excercise with stricter form and lower the weight (no hate) - allowing you to squeeze for longer at the top?

  • Is it ok to just ad muscle and maintain fat? I dont care for looks. Am fit already, run quite fat and for a long time. would being chubby but muscular still give you strength?

  • holly shit! bro! i with to have body like that.... but im too fucking lazy!!

  • u said you like nearing 40 years of age right? if so thats amazing you look like you are in college in your final transformation lol. respect points +1000000000

just wondering what country do you hail from?

  • INCREIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Arent your arms too small? It looks weird :s

  • The first part of the video you look like Jason Statham

  • was this a full time thing?? Or were you working while you were dieting/workout out.

  • @DEIMOSLOL see u like fitness vlogs check my channel out also. would love ur opinion. my shyt new but awesome

  • Are you sure that was 22% body fat? Curious because that looks like less than 20% to me.

  • im a newbie at working out and im wondering how do u lower body fat percentage without losing weight and how do i get jacked out of my mind

  • also, amazing bicep peek (awesome genetics or u love preacher curls) and huge back.

  • I noticed not many people say this, so I'll say it myself.

HOLY SHIT MAN YOU ARE DEEEEEZEEED

  • The body of our former leader, Brvesnie Brvensia, was found to have unusually high concentrations of calcium in his marrow.

  • Hello mate, I'm 19 and college student in Belgium. I've always been a skinny guy. Probably 5 % of my body is fat. I've been doing fitness for 3 months now and ofcourse you can see my muscles a bit better and I'm getting stronger aswell. But even if I train like 3-4 times each week, for about 1-2 hours each session, I don't really grow bigger. I don't know want to look like you do, it's not my intention to be a bodybuilder. But to be stronger, do you have some specific tips for me? thx, Matthias

  • Great job, How are the legs? Also should hit up the tris a bit harder.

  • @Kyleschannelz see u like fitness vlogs check my channel out also. would love ur opinion. my shyt new but awesome

  • @luimarco thank you !!

  • amazing transformation in so little time, congrats :)

  • man u said add me as a friend , n u did not add me ? why ?

  • Hey lui, I am doing good so far, but I was just wondering, is there a best, or a best set of workouts, that get your heart rate up the fastest and burn calories the fastest?

  • @mouthforwar93 will do ;)

  • 3 months thats awesome!

  • how did you go from 22% bf to 6% bf in just 3 months ??? please respond I really want to know that secret

  • @TheReignboy there is no secret man. All you have to do is have a well balanced diet and exercise (gym + cardio) and you will see results.

  • @TheReignboy *facepalm* if he has uploaded it 3 month ago, it does not mean he did that in 3 month. think a little bit!!

  • @TheReignboy theres no secret.. clean up your diet, up the cardio slowly every week... and u will get there too in 3 months

  • @TheReignboy dieting obviously

    it's called cutting

  • @TheReignboy I'm guessing it's just diet and intensive cardio, but don't get the wrong idea, people are very different from eachother what works for him might not work so good for you or it might not work at all. I'm an ectomorph and unlike my friends from gym I eat whatever I like whenever I like and I still have a lower bf % than them when they are on a diet. My advice, try and find what works best for you.

  • @TheReignboy its impossible.. even if he starved himself he couldnt do it.. not in 3 months

  • @TheReignboy No ONE that figured the "secret recipe" would reveal it..

  • What a transformation!! Can you summarise what you did please?

  • great progress bro.. how much were you weighing at in ur before ??

  • great job way to go how is your life changed not just the body in this transformation

  • @luimarco are the muscles u have 4 show or do u put up a lot of weight . Respond please also , my two cents you only live once ... Live a little 6 pack is overrated 10 % bf is fine . Id like to see how much weight u lift with respond pls thx

  • Lui, what do you think of metabolic type testing? Do you think it has any validity or is it a bunch of BS as most things?

  • Luii my shoulders seem to be at a stand still, i'm only 18 and been going the gym for about 9 months. I know you say 'Rome wasn't built in a day' but my body is so out of proportion due to my shoulders not matching my biceps and triceps. How can i solve this problem

  • So why have you made that transformation video. Thought you were you are still "growing into the show"?

  • @luimarco hey, i'm a big fan of your and i wanted to ask you, i work-out in a moderate way and i always feel like something is wrong with my arms i feel that my right arm is bigger than my left arm and i'm right handed and when i measured them i found them just the same but i still feel that my right arm is bigger. what do you think about that?

  • Check out this video, type in - iPhone 5 straight from JAPAN

  • Well done Lui. Considering your back looks way wider than mine and I am 6'3 that is petty dang impressive.

  • why do you want such low body fat? fat helps provide energy to all that muscle when necessary, i think 5 percent is too low!

  • @Brawn Glucose is used by the muscles when necessary. Fat is not efficient and cannot be converted into an easily usable energy source for muscles. 5% body fat is plenty for daily maintenance.

  • Hey Lui, You should talk about fast reps vs slow reps!

  • Its easy to build muscle once you have muscle to build simple fact.

  • Lui !!! Is a cheat meal aloud during the 4 month plan... in other words while cutting? And how often? Please also explain what is the best ting to cut out of your diet plan in order to even up the nutrients according to the cheat meal. There is also a mitt that says that a cheat meal will speed up the fat loss process because it will speed up the metabolism...

  • @SkinheadOiNS i would say that a cheat meal once every 2 to 3 weeks will be ok because the meal wont have enough of an impact to change anything about your body. You should also check out my channel, cuz i have free fitness videos up in the style of p90x and insanity. I also have added features like displaying the targeted muscles in each exercise and a countdown timer. If you like them please sub and share with your friends. Have a good one :)

  • i feel i need to sleep more now that i am weight training? is this normal? for example: i now need to sleep an extra hour per day to feel good.

  • @007007007892 yeah sleeping more is normal because your body is drained of more energy than you normally would if you weren't working out so it needs more recovery time in order for you to be fully functional. You should also check out my channel, cuz i have free fitness videos up in the style of p90x and insanity. I also have added features like displaying the targeted muscles in each exercise and a countdown timer. If you like them please sub and share with your friends. Have a good one :)

  • Lui can u do a video on how to get past injury's because 3 weeks ago i did bench about 8 reps decent speed and i think i have hurt something in my wrist and i wanted ur opinion if to stop lifting for a week or just do machines till it heals. hope every thumbs up this :)

  • @healthylifestyle007 if you have any kind of injury you should see a doctor before you start lifting again, cuz if you don't you could mess up your body real bad. You should also check out my channel, cuz i have free fitness videos up in the style of p90x and insanity. I also have added features like displaying the targeted muscles in each exercise and a countdown timer. If you like them please sub and share with your friends. Have a good one :)

  • No, training to failure puts a huge risk on your nervous system, which cause overtraining, and it's hard to build muscle while overtraining.

  • @AGazaMiSeh is this a theory or did you actually put it to the test? i did my friend

  • @luimarco

I put it to test before, and my muscle was the same size while doing it, then I stop doing it and take more rest days then my muscle started to grow.

  • @AGazaMiSeh that growth is due to rest days not the training

  • @AGazaMiSeh you get exactly what you put in, if you over train, you become overly huge.

  • And do you know that training to failure can damage your muscle. Then you'll have to get surgery and have a F'd up muscle. People have to know their limit.

  • @luimarco if you train till failure every single time you workout and its will heavy ass weight then yes you will hurt yourself, but otherwise there is nothing wrong with training toward failure. You should also check out my channel, cuz i have free fitness videos up in the style of p90x and insanity. I also have added features like displaying the targeted muscles in each exercise and a countdown timer. If you like them please sub and share with your friends. Have a good one :)

  • @AGazaMiSeh Ridiculous statement. If you're not training to failure, your body will have no reason to grow. Your body is only going to work to build muscle when it needs to in order to get you through that same workout without snapping something.

  • @AGazaMiSeh actually that's the most important part. It's called Muscle overdrive. Pushing your muscles to the limit in order for them to improve strength.

  • I 'll support anyone who achieves greatness naturally, that's a thumbs up for me!

  • @rhodium1233 yeah i agree it is hard to find people who do body building the natural way so i give lujmarco a thumbs up too. You should also check out my channel, cuz i have free fitness videos up in the style of p90x and insanity. I also have added features like displaying the targeted muscles in each exercise and a countdown timer. If you like them please sub and share with your friends. Have a good one :)

  • i hear different sources say different things lui....i trust your judgement....do you train to failure???....this is one of the most important things to know in the gym....thumbs up

  • @olinblockedme as per now yes all the way to failure

  • @olinblockedme training till failure is always a good thing as long as you know not to be using super heavy weight that you can only rep 5 to 6 times. You should also check out my channel, cuz i have free fitness videos up in the style of p90x and insanity. I also have added features like displaying the targeted muscles in each exercise and a countdown timer. If you like them please sub and share with your friends. Have a good one :)

  • As lui is normally busy to reply to my question, could anyone tell me what amount of casein is recommended before bed and for the shakes in the morning and 1 hour after workout? (not post workout which is 50g whey). I am following his 4 month plan but he doesn't state it..

  • @snaggypaggy 50g whey is a big waste, 20g will give you the necessary amino acids, and also whey is digesting really fast (8g protein per hour on empty stomache) . To drink that much is just a waste because it will end up as glucose anyway. 25g whey after workout is recomended. As for casein which is digesting slowly (2g per hour on empty stomache) it doesnt matter. I eat quark (like cottage cheese) before bed and sometimes around 400g which is 52g of casein protein.

  • You are awesome Lui, even tho I don't always see eye to eye with some of your statements, your effing awesome. And you make me motivated to continue my diet to get to the single digit bodyfat. (Currently at 14-16%)

  • hey lui i'ved started my training and diet regiment and i've lost around from 85kg to 77 on a full stomach

  • are you sponsored?

  • holy shit, man, your before looks like any random dude from the gym

  • Hey lui, do you have any tips on being diabetic (type 1) and getting big? It's kindof confusing to me because of all the different things i'd have to be aware of. Thanks.

  • :D damn

  • nice gains, looking shredded and shoulders look very round

  • great lats dude. Your best feature imo.

  • Hey lui, I have a question... would weight lifting 4 days split and doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday be overtraining? I do cardio after the weight trainings and off days too.

  • @Drloveable1 that resembles a weight loss regimen

  • what about the mad COBRA @2:13?????????

  • CAN ANYONE SEE THE COBRA ON 00.57SEC??????????

  • Im a boy but no being gay or anything i always see men after there transformation dont only look better but look hotter? Damn! Look at you. Congrats bro

  • JUST ONE WORD.....WOW.

  • okay lui why do you talk about how ur body is so flat and not good at all but then when u show the new ones u look exactly the same except your AMAZING now?

  • @flames25defense Look at the Tricep Sweep. Just that should tell you that he is bigger.

  • @mikepownzall he doesn't have a tricep sweep. his triceps cave in at the bottom

  • @AAJO1234 you dont know what your on about if you cant see a difference then you need to get your eyes tested mate

  • Great muscle body transformation, a pleasure to see. Be prepared. It is harder to KEEP it there than it is to GET it there. Best of luck with it. Those long biceps tendons give you really beautiful biceps "peaks". Check out my biceps control videos. You have great biceps for these "control tricks"' Early 1900s body builders were much more into muscle control exhibitions than most of todays body builders even know exist.
