When I was a kid we used to set up a 100 foot Aurora "land speed record" straight track in a half empty mall and that was enough of a pain in the neck to set up and tear down. This is just too much.

There was no "racing", we drive one round on every slot, not so spectacular. The important thing was the length of the slot.
