Keep in mind this is coming from a focus owner, I dont think this is an authentic roush focus. Saleen is the company that did the n2o ready focus. Roush barely offers any parts for the focus. They're mustang people.

The roush focus was the worst invention ever. They did some body work to it and set up hoses for you to hook up nos to it. Nothing else was done. If you did hook up the NOS then you voided the warranty, Haha. Waste of time, money and resources by Ford but at least they're on the right track now. The new ST coming stateside should be sweet. It has a snail blowing the engine :-D

@B789c One thing I hate on ALL FWD cars is ANY spoiler. The mid wing spoiler is purely for looks. The high spoiler, however, makes these ricers look like their car has more grip (the purpose of spoilers), when in fact it's doing the exact opposite. Spoilers on a car, hatchback or not, that is front wheel drive is utterly ridiculous and takes what would be a beautiful car (the focus) and turns it into utter garbage (the car you see above, a ricer's wet dream). If it's boosted though, that diff.

I have an '04. I bought it as a daily driver with a little performance. I hate it. It's the worst car I've ever driven in the snow, and I've owned an El Camino. I would get rid of it but I owe more than its worth. The original motor went at 32,000. Ford replaced it but now it doesn't perform as good as the original.
what? i have a 2000 zx3 with 113,000 miles on it! with a stage one kevlar clutch and magstar 8.5mm plug wires with platnum plugs in it! and i NEVER had any troble with my engine. you must not have checked the oil alot or changed it at least every six months...
@hartattack940 I bought it used with 26000 miles on it. I found out that the previous owner did a bunch of mods to the motor. Thats probally why it went up. I take care of my cars.

Every focus I've ever driven feels incredibly cheap...the doors are light, the gauges are ugly and crowded, the whole interior looks like it'll crack if you flick it.
The only positive I can say for these things is they handle pretty well, a little work and they feel like go-carts.
@03fofo No...I feel pretty much the same about most of the Hondas I've driven...but quite frankly I'd take a Focus over a Civic any day because the 08 Civic I recently drove has horrible headroom (I am 7'1" so it's a big deal) where the last ZX3 I drove I was actually okay. Because its AN AMAZING CAR!!!!! 240sx's are alright, but they seriously suck when it comes to handling compared to the focus. The SVT in 2004 outran every car in it's class handling wise, plus the audi a4, volvo s40 r, and the corvette zo6. THE CORVETTE!!! SVT hit a 76 in the slolam while the corvette did a mear 71.

Every time I drive my focus ,which is an auto, I feel like I am cheating on my 240sx, 5spd.
@Archangel21416 but you dont see focus' with the option of having multiple engine swaps that are capable of easily producing 600+ horsepower, like you can with the 240sx. For example, the rb20, rb25, rb26, the 1jz, 2jz, hell, i've seen ls1's in 240sx's.
