On my first playthrough i forgot the SVD Sniper so i had to fight The End only with the MK22, well i tried the fake death pill, ate his bird and killed him with the MK22 after 2 hours of hard fight. xD

@ProdigySlayer Yeah, but if you don't fight the end, you can't get the Moss camoflage, arguably the best camouflage in the game, since it gives you 100% camo index on mossy areas (Which are pretty much everywhere) and it regenerates your stamina if you stay in the sunlight. The normal camo index is still pretty sweet too, I usually hit 60-80% while standing around in the forest...

The first time I went to play this game I beat him without even doing anything, I always would rage quit after trying to kill him but, I never could. So I stopped playing then I come back a month later and he dies of old age. :D I didn't even have to set the ps forward at all.

@COD04MW i read online that another way to skip the end fight is to save your game when the fight starts and turn of your playstation. then go to system settings and set the date to a week later or maybe you can just wait a week before playing again. then start the game and snake will sneak up on the end and find out that he died of old age! someone maybe you should try that and record it so ppl can see if it works. i haven't been able to try it yet.

I knew this thing before watching this video, i was also gonna post a video like this but i was too lazy.

One secret: while going front in snake vs the sorrow, u can also use granade to kill urself and use revival! ( If u dont know where to get grenade, reply on my comment!) I also wanna share that : it's better not to kill him like that IF u want THE END's sniper. I used my Stun grenade to lower his stamina.

The End is easy all you do is equip the ap sensor, this makes a beeping noise when you are near him, use the moss camo if you have it which gives you 100% camo and then crawl up on him as you enter his area look on the map and those circles are his sniping spots then use spirit camo (The Sorrow's camo outfit) as this quietens your footsteps and the end can't hear you while you're sneaking up on him also I use the Mark 22 tranq gun to kill him. I did this on hard mode.

@souleater4242564kodd actually I completed the game on hard mode difficulty using just the tiger camo on hard mode then during that mode I completed the game with no kills, no alerts, no continues and no life medicine used and I had to collect all the camo outfits which I did including the pain's, the fear's, the end's, the fury's, Colonel Volgin's, the boss's camo's, you can get these by just using the Mrk 22 tranq gun on them to drain their stamina. Collected all the weapons as well.

I started a fresh new game on extreme mode and all I used through that game was the leaf pattern camouflage uniform.

Also I collected every weapon in the game including the Mosin Nagant, The Patriot and Single Action Army and I got all the camouflage uniforms including The Pains camo uniform, The Fear's camo uniform, The End's camo uniform, The Fury's camo uniform, The Sorrow's camo uniform, Colonel Volgin's camo uniform & The Joy's/The Boss's sneaking suit and I got Stealth camouflage.

@13thmistral The Sneaking suit that you find in the second time you go back to grosnyi grad it's is in the locker where you hid Major Ivan Raiden body.

The Sneaking suit is exactly the same as the boss's white sneaking suit but its just a different colour.

then stalk him till you can sneak upon him and steal his cammo, hit him in the head before he can trow a flashbang and then you just chase him till the end
